Delete your PocketPilot AI account

You can request deletion of your PocketPilot AI account and associated app data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

• Open PocketPilot AI and go to Profile, then use the delete account button.
• Or email support@pocketpilot.co with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account.

Delete Specific Data

If you want to delete some or all app data without deleting your PocketPilot AI account, email support@pocketpilot.co from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my data." Please describe the data you want deleted, such as linked financial account data, transaction history, goals, budgets, AI coaching messages, nudges, notifications, Arena activity, or badges.

Data We Delete

Account deletion removes your PocketPilot AI account profile, app settings, financial setup, goals, budgets, linked-account references, transaction data, AI coaching messages, nudges, notifications, Arena activity, badges, and related app records associated with your account.

Data We May Retain

Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, subscription, backup, or compliance purposes. Any retained records are kept only as long as required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Timing

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. If we need to verify ownership of the account before completing the request, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address linked to your account.
